The dark blue Everbasics ViralOff® Community Mask is a textile mask that stops the spread of viruses and bacteria. It is treated with the active ingredient ViralOff® biocide produced by our partner Polygiene. This active ingredient kills 99% of all viruses and bacteria after a few hours. Note: This does not mean that our Community Mask does not allow viruses/bacteria to pass through. However, viruses and bacteria on the mask are killed after a few hours.
Due to the antiviral and antibacterial equipment, you can use the Community Mask permanently without having to wash it. We recommend ideally 2-3 masks for personal use. This way you can wear the Community Masks alternately and the ViralOff® technology can unleash its full effectiveness. Please note that the ViralOff® function is not resistant to washing.
Wearing this Community Mask also prevents or limits the transmission of infections by droplets emitted by the wearer. Wearing our face mask also helps to avoid unconscious touching of the face with the hands.
Our Community Masks are of high quality and offer the highest wearing comfort. They are elegantly designed and therefore easy to wear in everyday life.
The Everbasics Face Mask is a Community Mask for everyday use, manufactured in the EU. The mask is equipped with an elastic band.

Our Community Masks are fashionable masks suitable for everyday use and are not face masks as defined by the German Medical Protection Ordinance. They are not medically certified, have no CE mark and do not meet any FFP standard.
Wearing the mouthguard does not protect against infections via the respiratory tract. At best, it can reduce the risk of pathogen transmission to others.
